Beryllium copper is a copper based alloy material with beryllium as the main addition element. Its scope of application is for the use of beryllium copper materials only when high thermal conductivity, high hardness, and high wear resistance are required. Beryllium copper can be divided into strips, plates, rods, wires, and tubes in the form of materials. If the physical functions of beryllium copper are used to distinguish, generally there are three types of steel. 1: High elasticity 2: High thermal conductivity, high hardness 3: High hardness, high wear resistance used on electrodes.
On a larger scale, physical materials are generally divided into two types; 1- Structural materials 2- Functional materials, functional materials refer to materials that exhibit special properties other than mechanical properties such as electricity, magnetism, light, biology, chemistry, etc. Structural materials generally focus on their mechanical properties and various conventional physical properties.
